蝶藝花藝設計學校創辦人 Winnie Ng校長 熱衷花藝與香港花藝教育的發展，十年來致力教導學生花藝與營運管理。 多年來 蝶藝 悉心傳授歐日花藝， 培養不少專業花師與店主， 同時重視業餘興趣班實用性， 讓學員深入體驗花藝的樂趣。 教授課堂以外, Winnie 與 蝶藝的團隊 也會參與 花藝界活動與展覽, 提供花店花藝顧問服務, 支援聯絡舊生, 與提供個別花品與場地佈置服務。

Winnie 背景為平面設計師與編輯，1988年認識啓蒙老師前香港花卉會主席，學習草月流花藝，開始花師生涯。一九九七年Winnie 被推薦到荷蘭深造留學實習，次年於 Stoas University花藝導師課程畢業，同年並取得導師資格，為全港唯一於荷蘭取得此資格的導師。回流後二OOO年任職「金利達公司」花藝技術指導，產品設計及生產兼任出口花藝顧問、二OO二年加入「加成有限公司」任花店顧問、二OO二年任教生產力促進局(如何開設花店班)，小本創業互助協會導師，一人一大學客席講師 , 廣州廣藝插花研究中心講師，設計生活任高級花藝設計師及經營蝶藝花藝設計學校，開設有(花店實務班)(花藝設計班)等……多元化課程。
